Hassle free, excellent service

Faced with an old Ford Fusion that would not start..even after we replaced the battery, Ben made house call to investgate and found the problem. Towed vehicle away, found replacement part and returned vehicle and had us back on the road in no time at a very reasonable price. Then as we had disconnected battery,radio was asking for a code (which we didnt have) Ben came back to help and all I had to do was write this honest review. Job done! Excellent service from Automotive Solutions. Had a few issues with my car, Ben sorted then all out quickly. Ben went out of his way to find the parts I needed, and managed to keep the costs to a minimum. Would definitely recommend Ben. Really good guy and his service has been brilliant. Quick Diagnostic (ABS Fault)

I called Ben when I got an ABS fault on my DS3. He came to my home, diagnosed the problem quickly, went to get the required parts, fitted them and test drove the vehicle all within a couple of hours. All this at a very reasonable price. He even took the time to show me the faulty component and explain the fault. A very pleasant guy all round and I will definitely not hesitate to use him again.
